Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of iunoo (the "App"), operated by IDX LLC ("IDX," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, signing in with Google, or otherwise using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and our Google API & YouTube Data Privacy Policy, which describe how we handle your data.

This identity matches the branding configured for our Google sign-in experience. iunoo is the product name shown on the Google consent screen.
2. Eligibility
The App is intended solely for users aged 18 and older. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and are able to enter into a binding agreement.
3. Your Account and Google Sign-In
You may sign in and connect your Google Account to use iunoo. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
When you connect your Google Account, you grant iunoo the YouTube read-only permissions described in our
Google API & YouTube Data Privacy Policy. If you are a creator who offers
1-on-1 video calls, you may additionally grant permission for iunoo to create a Google Meet space on your behalf
for each booked call (the meetings.space.created scope); this is never requested from fans. You may
decline or later revoke these permissions at any time (see Section 6).
4. Use of Google and YouTube Data
iunoo uses YouTube API Services. By using YouTube-connected features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and you acknowledge that your data is also handled under the Google Privacy Policy. We access and use Google and YouTube data only as authorized by you and as described in our privacy policies.
5. Permitted Use and Prohibited Conduct
You may use the App only for its intended purpose and in compliance with these Terms, applicable law, and the YouTube and Google terms referenced above. You agree that you will not:
- Use the App for any unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive purpose;
- Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to access, or circumvent security or access controls;
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract source code except to the extent permitted by law;
- Interfere with, disrupt, or place an unreasonable load on the App or its infrastructure, or exceed API rate limits;
- Use the App or any Google/YouTube data obtained through it in a manner that violates the YouTube Terms of Service, the Google API Services User Data Policy, or applicable Developer Policies;
- Upload or share content that is illegal, infringing, harassing, or that violates the rights of others;
- Misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person or entity.
We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe is harmful to other users, third parties, or us.
6. Revoking Access, Account Deletion, and Data Erasure
You are in control of your data and your connection to the App:
- Revoke Google access: remove iunoo at myaccount.google.com/permissions. This immediately invalidates the App's access to your Google and YouTube data.
- Disconnect or delete in-app: where available, you can disconnect your YouTube channel or delete your account from within the App's settings.
- Request erasure: email support@idxmean.com to request deletion of your account and the data we hold about you.
Upon revocation or deletion, we stop making requests to Google and YouTube on your behalf and delete or anonymize the associated data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.
7. Intellectual Property
The App, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by IDX LLC and protected by applicable laws. Content you own remains yours; you grant us the limited rights necessary to operate the features you use. YouTube, Google, and their logos are trademarks of their respective owners.
8. Third-Party Services
The App relies on third-party services, including Google (Firebase, Google Sign-In, and YouTube API Services). Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
9. Disclaimers
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data retrieved from third-party services will be accurate or complete.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IDX LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the App.
11. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the App. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last Updated" date above and, where required, through additional notice. Your continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
